Pan
The character Pan's origin is based on the original story of Cain and Abel found in the Christian's Bible Genesis.
Of course, the story itself was twisted to match the storyline, however the classic brother kills brother scars still shine.
The second Abel died, Pan was born and with him, was put all sin that was being held in Hell.
Lust, Gluttony, Pride, Sloth, Wrath, Greed, Envy become Pan and Pan become them as the first demon.
The arrowhead that was used by Cain to end Abel's suffering, is the only thing that can finally destroy Pan the demon.
A Mother's Poem

He was born from the sin of Adam and Lilith's affair, unknown to be wrong at the time.

Although meant to be a mistake, was favored highly by Adam making his older brother, Cain, jealous.

Eve raised Abel as her own, however, of course, never accepted him due to his true origin.
